Emi Walks or Swims 15 Minutes a Day

Hi Friends!!

I have been exercising this summer by swimming every day. I love to walk and swim. The “expert heart and wellness doctors” say it is good for the heart to get at least 15 minutes of exercise every day. I try to exercise every day but sometimes I find an excuse not too!! LOL!!
